Lazy Sunday

Dear Self: taking your 30 minute walk is a good thing- but stopping for lunch at McDonald’s 1/2 way there is NOT a good thing.

I spent most of the day watching a mini Big Love marathon – I had the last 5 eps from this season on TiVo and have not had a chace to watch them. Can I dell you how much I love having 2 weeks of from work?? I enjoy staying up late and sleeping late, doing whatever I want during the day (shop, sleep, whatever) and being able to spend time with Mr. More. He is so funny to watch during the day – he plays with his toys all day and when he is hungry at about 6pm, he goes and lays near his bowl with the look on his face like “starving mom-starving… can’t. make. it. to. the. bowl.” So So cute. :-) Anyway, hope you had a great weekend! You are trying hard to change the way you eat forever and slip ups will happen, yes, but STOP IT. Get your hand out fo the bag and go get an apple.
