Today was crazy. I just realized I have ELEVEN points left for my day and it is 10pm. I think yesterday’s Outback Steakhouse splurge kept me full today.Will try to have something small and light tonight so I am not starving in the middle of the night. Ta for now- need to continue lesson planning for tomorrow — ACK!

Stressed because I am lesson planning and I am feeling stupid b/c I have never planned for first grade before. NSV: I tracked all of my dinner. Normally, would not do it so I am proud of myself for that. PS: I feel like crap now that I ate all that crap. Ugh.

Well, I met my weekly goals for today:
- Walk for 20 minutes x 3 days this week (will try for 6 but am going to try to work my way up to it) (CHECK!!)
- Eat 4 servings of fruits/veggies each day this week (CHECK!!)
- Drink 2 32oz bottles of water 4 days this week (shooting for everyday but again, gonna try to work my way up to it) (CHECK!!)
I left my classroom today with a mission: the night was still young and the sun was still out– I WAS GOING FOR A WALK! I walked for 21 minutes and it felt great! I hope to walk again tomorrow for 20 minutes. OK, gotta get back to lesson planning!
PS: Just a few more days until Fitbloggin- I am so excited!!

I spent the day sleeping, sleeping, oh and sleeping. I guess I needed some good old fashioned rest. This evening I ran to Home Depot to have 2 inch by 2 inch plywood cut into di for a class lesson next week and spent the rest of the night working on lesson planning. I’m still not done. New weekly goals will be up in a minute!

Panda Express was not the best choice for lunch but I was “HUN-GRAY.” It was a long 8 hours at grad school today and I am exhausted after a long day. But I am proud to say that I MET ALL MY WEEKLY GOALS!!!!!
CUE FIREWORKS!!
Weigh-in is tomorrow- I am not able to stay for the meeting as I have to be at a school event from 8-1pm tomorrow. The meeting does not start until 8:30 but I hope I am able to get in at 8 and get to the event by 8:15ish.
OK, off to bed so I can be all fresh for tomorrow.
PS: my prediction for tomorrow: 1lb down.

I met all my goals for today- Breakfast, tracking everything and just one soda. WOO HOO. On the other hand,I was not happy that I only ate a 5 point lunch. I was weak and shaky by the time I got home from school. I need to take more snacks with me. The difference today from the other days is that I DID NOT back my lunch the night before. BAD AJ. Serves me right! I have 2 pts left for the day– I will eat them some how- maybe a baby bag of popcorn (I just put a paper bag fulled with unpopped kernels – no butter or oil–in the micro until it stops popping… great 1 pt snack!)
