Saturday Journal – Stress eating at its best

Stressed because I am lesson planning and I am feeling stupid b/c I have never planned for first grade before. NSV: I tracked all of my dinner. Normally, would not do it so I am proud of myself for that. PS: I feel like crap now that I ate all that crap. Ugh.
