Before- the full crockpot meal. Just boneless porkchops, 2 cans (drained) mushroom pieces, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, water; cook for about 6 hrs on High. An hour before it is done, add 2 cups minute brown rice. (PS I use crockpot liners, that is what the plastic bag thing you see in the pic is. Best invention ever!)
After I cut it in half. Messy, but you get the jyst!
Forgot to take a picture of the leftovers, but I have 3 more WWGE sized meals and an extra porkchop from all this. I am content, not full. I think I will need something sweet later, but I have some greek yogurt that will do the trick!
