I finally got my behind to the gym- I did 35 minutes on the treadmill and I am VERY proud of myself.
I was busy with a migraine (caffeine withdrawal from no soda) and sporadically working on cleaning up my room/unpacking boxes. I actually forgot to eat! That doesn’t happen lately.
Breakfast:
- cottage cheese
- apple
- 3 high fiber crackers (end of box)
- water
35 minute workout
Lunch
- 1 serving of Progresso Light Beef Pot Roast Soup
- Smart Balance Peanut Butter, sugar free blueberry jelly and whole wheat bread sandwich
- about 4 pop chips
- carrots
Dinner
- 3 low fat hot dogs
- ketchup
- mustard
- water
- 1 can of diet coke (to help my massive headache) (still have the headache)
Snacks throughout the day:
- greek yogurt
- low fat serving of cottage cheese
