FINALLY! Some Excercise!

I finally got my behind to the gym- I did 35 minutes on the treadmill and I am VERY proud of myself.

I was busy with a migraine (caffeine withdrawal from no soda) and sporadically working on cleaning up my  room/unpacking boxes. I actually forgot to eat! That doesn’t happen lately.

Breakfast:

  • cottage cheese
  • apple
  • 3 high fiber crackers (end of box)
  • water

35 minute workout

Lunch

Dinner

  • 3 low fat hot dogs
  • ketchup
  • mustard
  • water
  • 1 can of diet coke (to help my massive headache) (still have the headache)

Snacks throughout the day:

  • greek yogurt
  • low fat serving of cottage cheese
