After living the past 7 years in a shoebox of a studio apartment here in Chicago, here is what I want in an Apartment:
- 1, 1 + den or 2 bedrooms
- WASHER AND DRYER IN UNIT (this is a MUST!!)
- Dishwasher (ANOTHER MUST!)
- Must take cats
- Fitness room (who would have EVER guessed this would be a must for me??!!)
- Balcony (this is a want not need)
- Apt MUST be higher than the ground floor
- Free parking (grrrrrrr, I have to buy a car)
I don’t think that is soooooo bad, right? I am working with an agency to help me find a place to live. I have to be in Atlanta by March 23rd, so I am on a tight timeframe to find something quick.
