My thighs HATE ME today.

H.A.T.E.M.E.

My calves? Tell me you would give me 1 milllllllion dollars to go on tippy-toe right now and I would have to turn you down. Reluctantly, but I would.

I can’t believe I didn’t have Charlie horses all night last night.

I am afraid for tomorrow as I am usually a "48 hours after" kind of girl- sorest 2 days after the workout. I am going to walk on the treadmill tonight for about 30 minutes to make sure I stretch some of the sore muscles… and I spent some time on the stability ball stretching earlier today. Maybe I will do a bit of yoga tonight too.

Call me Stretch McGee.

My arms and upper body are sore, but not painful. I hope that means that I worked them but didn’t go overboard.
