Long Night…

I am beat. I spent the day hard at work and then helped out a friend by volunteering for her non-profit organization, AIDS Foundation of Chicago, at their annual event “World Of Chocolate”.

An event full of chocolate treats (did I mention FREE CHOCOLATE TREATS?) would be fate far worse than death for some WW’ers.

But not for me. I am not a chocolate lover. Don’t get me wrong- I eat chocolate. I even like chocolate. I am just not a chocoholic.

I even have candy on my desk every day at work. ALOT of candy- right now I have 4 hbags of hershey’s kisses (2 milk chocolate and 2 w/ almonds) and a bag of Reese’s peanut butter cups, all in a basket. In a year, I will probably eat 2 pieces. Total.

My co-workers? Will eat the rest. In like 1 day. Really.

Put a bag of chips on my desk and they will be gone in 15 minutes. But that is another story.

Anyway, I was on my feet for 5 hours giving away Chocolate/Cinnamon Altoids.

PS: Have you had these – they are BADASS! Try them- also the ginger/chocolate are awesome too!

Anyway, other than about 5 altoids, I didn’t eat dinner as I was so freaking busy so I have some pts left today. Oops. Here is what I ate before leaving for the event: (does standing on my feet for 5 hours and helping people count as activity?????  My feet and legs are killing me…)

Going to bed- I am beat. I get my 2nd round revision of Invisalign tomorrow and will be working from home after the orthodontist. It is gonna be COLD here in Chicago tomorrow so I am glad I am renting a car.
