My friend brought me back a crapload (and I do mean a crapload– a half bushel!!) of peaches and a pound of blueberries from Michigan this weekend (and yes, I asked for that many and yes, it was EXTREMELY SWEET of JP to bring them back for me). I know I want to eat them “raw”, but I think my digestive system and my tummy will like it more if I try to freeze-slash-bake them into goodies. Any good, WW friendly recipies you are willing to share for blueberries, peaches or a combo of both?? I have checked WW online, and while they have good stuff, some of it is a tad over my skill level, if you know what I mean. (read: NOT A GOOD COOK-YET).
