Excercise – Induced Asthma??

Hey internets… quick question… any of you have EIA?(see title of post)

After my 60 min walk today, I was having trouble catching my breath and am STILL wheezing alot tonight (it is 7:15 now, I go home from walking at 3) and when I yawn, I have trouble getting a “full” breath. Do you think this could be EIA? I have no problems with breathing otherwise. I remember in middle school HATING to walk the mile as it really tired me out, and other than cheerleading/poms/show choir/theater, I was not very active the past 15 years. I AM beginning to notice more of a breathing issue as I get quicker miles and try to “run” a little in the middle of my walks (by running I mean regular runners would run circles around me… jogging if you will, and I can only do it for like 25 seconds before I am completely out of breath and wheezing… then, even though I want to run jog again, I can’t seem to get up the energy, even 15 or 20 minutes later.)

Anyway, just thought I would ask you all if you have the same problem. I have never been diagnosed with asthma or breathing issues, just a lot of cases of resperatory infections when I was little.

where the heck have I been?!?

I have been away so long wordpress changed the way it looks! WOW! :-)

Anyway, I have lost another few lbs and I am down 9.6 since joining WW! Go me! 221-193? How much is that anyway? Well, whatever that is, it is GOOD! I am down 2 pant sizes and 3 dress sizes. Oh darn, clothing shopping for me… :-)

I have been tracking my little heart out, as I LOVE LOVE LOVE etools. I have all these grandiose ideas of things to do on my blog but I have been with 1. sick as a dog with a nasty upper resperatory infection 2. taking care of a sick Mr. More or 3. working like a dog to get cought up a t work that I have not had time to even think about blogging. I HAVE been keeping up with you guys through Reader though, so it is always nice to see how everyone is doing. My goal is a blog a day for the month of May (so cute!) I will be traveling to DINSEYWORLD on the 31st of May (have I mentioned – my first trip ever to Disney!?!) so I may miss one day in May, but hopefully not the others.

Anyway, just wanted to check in and say hi and let you know I am not MIA – I am just super busy. I actually really miss blogging about my day as it is not only cathartic but is a great record that will help me years from now re-live my (super boring) youth! LOL I also want to remember my struggles losing weight and keeping it off so when I am super healthy I can come back here and remember what it took to get there.

OK – I have to dish on the Biggest Loser — I AM SO HAPPY BERNIE AND ALI WON!

And I have to confess, I have a crush on Bernie. Scary, since a friend of a friend knows him and has promised to introduce me at some point- AND I hear he is single!! He is now a good 50lbs smaller than me !!  Crap. I gotta get on the treadmill. :-) LOL

And ALI!! OMG! She looks too skinny now, but amazing just the same! I cannot believe the lose so much weight in such a short period of time.

Anyway, I gotta be getting back to Mr more and finish my 100 calorie bag of smartfood cheese popcorn, (2 pts, BTW)my new favorite snack!

Oh – BTW – I lost 1.6 at Weight In this week so I am now down 6 since re-joining WW a month ago and I am OFFICIALLY down 24 since I started!!
