I spent the day knee deep in paperwork and barely left my desk.

Chipotle veggie bol salad, (beans, cheese, extra salsa, lettuce)
Chips (bad I know)

Ok. Biggest Loser tonight. I was sad to see her go, but it was Nicole’s time to leave. I wanted them to go to work in an office setting, since that is were the calories start to add up- when sitting on thine ass and typing all day. It would have been nice to see them give workout tips for that type of job. But food jobs are tempting (says the girl that worked at an Outback Steakhouse for 3 years in college) and it was nice to show that “hard labor” can be working out too. I downloaded the theme song (Proud) today on itunes. It just seems motivating with the words “what have you done today to make you feel proud?”. I like that.
The sciatica is KILLING me today- I went to the chiro again today and she said I need 3x’s a week treatment for 1 month and 3x’s a week PT for at least 1 month if not longer to strengthen my core. My pelvis does not want to stay in place for some reason and that is what is causing the pressure on my sciatic nerve. Owie. Anyway, I have exercises to do a few times a day (stretches really) that stretch my whole left side. I am not to stand too much or lay too much. I didn’t sleep hardly at all last night because of the pain- I tool 3 motrin after I ate dinner so I hope that will help with some of the issues, but we shall see.
We are getting SNOW tonight that is SO pretty. If I can figure out how to post video, I will post the snow we got on Thanksgiving- it looks about the same but this time, we are getting 3-7 inches instead of a dusting… I love snow!

Kidding!!! We got it too and it’s so pretty. I was so excited for our first snow–coming from the gal who works from home and doesn’t have to drive in rush hour in the white stuff.
