Cheese popcorn is:
- Not your friend.
- Not a healthy lunch.
- Really not worth the points or the stomachache you are going to have.
- Not “vacation food”.
You are trying hard to change the way you eat forever and slip ups will happen, yes, but STOP IT. Get your hand out fo the bag and go get an apple.

I bought some low-fat cheese corn puff thingy’s. They do NOT taste like the real thing, but can satisfy the craving. Because they aren’t AS good, I can easily have a handful and move on.
Doritos are worse. Hubby ‘hides’ them on me so I won’t know they’re in the house. Often he’ll just leave them in his car. What a sweetie!
