So I am going to try the Wendi Plan for the next few weeks and see how it works for me. I will still follow my goals for the month, but I am going to try the modified points.
I have a points total of 26 so this is what I will follow:
POINTS TARGET – 26
• Day 1 – 26 points –sat
• Day 2 – 31 points –sun
• Day 3 – 27 points –mon
• Day 4 – 41 points Super High Day (SHD) –tues- Normal WI morning
• Day 5 – 26 points –wed
• Day 6 – 30 points –thurs
• Day 7 – 28 points –fri
I won’t know how it is working until my Dr appt later this month as I have promised to not weigh in until I see her.
I am going to start tomorrow morning with my 26 pt day. We shall see how it works for my body since I don’t seem to lose very much on the normal WW plan.
I would love to hear from all of you Wendi Planners out there so I can make sure to watch your blogs really close (even though I will still watch all your other blogs)

Good luck on the Wendie plan.. although I haven’t followed it intentionally, I notice that my natural eating habits are somewhat similar and when I have weeks with a SHD I usually show more of a loss than I expect. I’m excited to see what kind of results you have
