Fast food night…

today was an ok day. I went to Target – and spent WAY too much money. I got a cute new dress and some new “sleep” pants that actually are a bit too big – darn!!  :-)  I did not go grocery shopping- big mistake- and did not eat lunch until about 3PM. I was starving by then, and what I ate, the black bean dip and chips, did not fill me up. by 7, I was starving again and ordered from the local pizza joint. I ate only 1/2 the sandwhich, so atleast I had some restraint. I head to Dallas tomorrow early AM to suprise my best friend. I am excited to see him, but I have gained a lot of weight since I last saw him and I am not yet comfortable with my “rolls”. Though I have been over weight most of my adult life, I don’t think he has ever seen me this big. I know he loves me for me, so this is my thing and I need to get over it, remember that I am doing my best to lose the weight and I am eating healthier! AJ
