I am having a busy day at work today. I am eating well, but just not spending enough time on myself. I am at the end of my girly cycle, so I am hungry all the time for anything cheesy, salty or “ship-like”. I am really using my willpower today. I am going out to dinner with friends, and I am not sure where we are going. I hate that. I always like to know what I am going to eat ahead of time so I am not digging through the bread bowl as soon as we get there or ordering the highest calorie item on the menu… . I have just made myself a plan that I will be eating a salad w/ chicken and bring my own salad dressing – I can’t go wrong there!!
By the way, I did not have time this morning to fix a proper breakfast. I actually had bought chocolate slim fast for when I thought I was going to do the best life diet, so I had one of those and some LC cheese, along with a couple of ry crisps. It was a really filling breakfast, and I was not hungry for lunch until about 12:30. I would have slim fast for breakfast again, I think!
We went to chinese for dinner, which is hard for me to count as points, but I actually think I did better than I thought I would. I stayed within portions, and I really tried to order smart. I got home too late last night to post, so I will post this morning.
